Who started Erebelle and why?

Entrepreneur Eric Simone founded Erebelle in 2006 as a small experiment into manufacturing and design after opening a retail clothing store, Girl Next Door, with his wife. Since then, Erebelle has grown into a national line, with its pieces carried in stores across the United States.

Where are you based and where are your clothes made?

Erebelle is headquartered in Austin, Texas, one of the great cities in the world. All of our clothes are made in the USA -- actually, about three hours north of here in Dallas, Texas.

Who designs your clothes?

What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns. Here are the specifics:
  • Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date.
  • We suggest you send your package insured and tracked. Erebelle is not responsible for returned items or packages that are lost by the shipper.
  • Include your original sales invoice/packing slip with your return.
  • Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order.
  • Your original credit card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges one week following the return approval.
  • All sale items are a final sale.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept exchanges. Here are the specifics:

How are your clothes sized?

Here's how to translate our labeled sizes into numerical sizes:
  • Extra-small: 0-2
  • Small: 4-6
  • Medium: 8-10
  • Large: 10-12

What are the materials used to make your clothes?

Our Sport line is Supplex combined with a Jersey/Cool Max Lycra lining. Our Essentials Line is composed of Rayon/jersey.

What if you are out of stock of a particular item?

We try hard to predict demand, but sometimes we sell out of items because their popularity is greater than we'd planned, whether by item, size or color. Our inventory is updated daily, so you could try checking back in a few days or a week to see if a particular item is available.

How should I wash my Erebelle item?

Please follow the care instructions listed on the individual garments. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Do you offer sizes or colors beyond what's displayed?

We handpick our pieces and colors seasonally in order to offer the best possible selection. Both our Sport and Essentials lines are offered in four sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large. The colors displayed on the site are the ones we currently have in stock.

Is the site secure?

Yes. All orders are SSL-secure with the highest-encryption rate possible.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Can I make changes to my order?

Erebelle will attempt to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Please contact us either by phone -- (512) 542-9552 or by email as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Can I combine orders?

Our orders are processed as they arrive to ensure quick delivery. In the event of multiple orders within one day, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Can I order clothes online and pick them up at a store?

Unfortunately, no. Our online store is independent from the stores that carry our merchandise. Please review our store locator if you wish to purchase in person. All online merchandise will be shipped via UPS to your location.
